There are two layers at work in Company of Heroes 2: the tactical and the strategic. Missions focus less on resource control than tactics. Company of Heroes 2 also includes a Theater of War scenario mode. Poking holes in them actually doesn’t do much, but expose them to an open flame and they melt into slag in seconds. All units built by that facility will subsequently spawn near that Rally Point.
Once completed, the unit will move into place adjacent to the building. Right-clicking on an enemy unit targets it, causing your selected forces to concentrate fire on the highlighted enemy detachment.
